Cancellation Policy
Some of our products offer subscription purchases, pre-orders, and trial purchases before purchase. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscription Purchases
With a subscription purchase, we will regularly deliver products to you. The frequency and duration of these deliveries depend on the subscription plan you have selected.
Your payment details will be securely stored, and unless you choose to prepay, you will be charged for each delivery.
Some subscriptions may be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it.
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. The order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled to be available soon.
We may not charge you at checkout, or we may collect a partial payment and store your payment details for later, charging the remaining or full amount at a later date.
If your pre-order payment has not been fully completed, you may cancel the pre-order. However, if the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a partial or full refund.

Trial Before Purchase
If you purchase an item that allows trial before purchase, we will authorize your payment method before your order is finalized.
You will have a certain period to decide whether to purchase the product. If the product is not returned by the end of this period, the full amount will be charged to your payment method.
